I,______________________, state , that the odometer mileage on my vehicle described reads, are does not match with the original value of the car and his odometer.

The reason is a replacement or damaged data in the odometer which shows not the correct numbers.

I hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge, the odometer reading as stated above reflects the actual mileage of the vehicle.

TP Performance Pty Ltd, has advised me of my legal obligation, to notify prospective purchases, that this vehicle mileage has been altered.

I have also been advised, that changing mileage for personal gain is a serious offense for which I may be prosecuted.
